       Our JM30 winch is widely used in construction sites or wharfs for lifting, or used in industrial and mining enterprises as towing power for installation projects. Our winch not only use alone, but also use as a unit, or combination with other devices as one heavy-duty hoisting equipment. The characteristic of  simple operation, easy use and wide using have gained large praise among clients. It is n necessary machine in construction sites, wharfs, ports and ship transport.

      The machine consisted of engine base, reducer, elastic coupling, electric motor, brake, drum and some electric equipments.

 1, Engine base: be welded by section steel and plates. Having strong stiffness, which is the main subject to install the other parts.

2,Electric equipments:  Using the motor type YZR280S-8  45kW  n=723r/min as power.  High speed end use double type hydraulic brake YWZ400/45, low speed end by ratchet wheel brake, increasing reliable and safety of braking

3,Reducer: composing by multiply group profile shifted gear, steady running and all gears been superheat treatment for decreasing wear down.

 4,Cable drum: using oilless bearing, which is suite for  rotary motion under heavy load and low speed. The self section of drum can bear the winding strengthen of rope, and the side plate of drum can bear lateral force of rope.

5,Rope liner: Using the rope Liner , for preventing the rope of winch twist together.
